Omega creates small, architecturally beautiful vacation homes whose thoughtful size makes luxury ownership more attainable. At 768 and 1,152 square feet, every model features soaring ceilings, abundant windows, and luxury finishes throughout.
Model A: The Coastline
The Coastline is our original model — a beautifully proportioned single-bedroom retreat with an open kitchen and living area, soaring ceilings, and a full luxury bathroom. Its long, linear footprint is ideal for lots with depth, fitting naturally along a side yard or behind an existing home.

Model B: The Cove
The Cove is built on a compact, near-square footprint — the same 768 square feet as The Coastline, but shaped to fit where a long home simply won't. If your lot is wide but shallow, or you're working with a tighter yard, The Cove is engineered for exactly that. Same luxury finishes. Smarter fit.

Model C: The Courtyard
The Courtyard features a dramatic glass front that floods the interior with light. A single-bedroom, single-bath home finished to the full Omega standard — open, airy, and beautifully considered.

Model D: The Concorde
Our largest model — two master suites and two extra large full bathrooms bookend this Omega home. A striking tropical-modern exterior, generous deck, and interiors finished to the highest standard.

Financing Available for Homeowners
Omega provides your lending solution through our partner, BlueGray Mortgage. You own it. We help you finance the build, with a no down payment option. Loan approval and building permits take about six weeks. Subject to credit, sufficient equity, and lender approval.
